The Youth Performance Program is tailored for athletes ages 11-13 and is set up to build the foundation for a healthy athletic career. The program will work on improving speed, agility and plyometrics with a big focus on proper technique and injury prevention. We want our youth athletes to build good movement patterns and increase strength while also having fun doing it.
